Rise Above The Illusion

These are just a few notes that I’ve uncovered over the past years. I’ve learned that you have to rise above the illusion. This is one of the best ways is by finding yourself. How exactly do you find yourself? Do you find it through God? Do you find it through a religion? A belief? Oracle or tarot cards? What if its none of that stuff. You see, it’s more about your guidance system. Everybody has their personal guidance system, and that is where you find yourself. One of the first steps in understanding your guidance system is to learn how to forgive. For me, it is harder to forgive and easier to let go of judgment. You can train yourself to stop judging people and to stop judging yourself. As you do this, you start to rise above the illusion. You begin to see which judgments are killing you and making your reality less of what it is. As you align yourself with this belief, you start to believe in yourself more often.

One of the best ways to understand your guidance system is to look at the contrast. Start off by looking at precisely what you don’t want, realize that it is you giving you the key to your own personal power by telling you what you do want. How? Well why don’t you try the opposite for once. You believe just as much of what you don’t want, so try understanding just as much of what you do want. Look at the fucking contrast. If you don’t see what you do want in the difference, meaning the opposite, most likely you’ll need some healing. Until then, the truth will come out of the contrast (illusions) that you do see.

Abolish anything and everything, every judgment, every thought, every part of you that makes the reality that you don’t want. And start going in the opposite direction. Start following something you do want. The more you detach the better. This alone leads to detachment. It will get easier as you reinforce this practice, because then and only then will the judgments naturally start to fall off. Eventually, you’ll be judge free. Which means you won’t have to forgive anything because you made no judgments!

Lastly, it’s okay to detach from reality. Think about it like this. Before you were born, you were already detached. You then attached to illusion/forced perspectives of your parents, media, friends, etc. They shaped your reality ever since you were a baby. So now, you’re going to detach again, and this time you’re going to do it right. This time, you’re going to create your reality without someone else’s conditioned beliefs. I mean think about it. How can you soar in your reality if you carry an illusion/forced perspective from someone else? Yes, I know they probably love you, but they got nowhere. You listen to them and all the others. There’s so many of them; I don’t blame you for not knowing which thoughts are yours or theirs. What the fuck do they know about what you want? The ones that did make it, you probably don’t even talk to them or even, “that’s my friend!”?  I mean really think about it.

Let’s do a gentle, practical example of breaking barriers – detach.  If you go to a classroom and the teacher starts lecturing; then, you most likely have the perspective of learning. Remove that, begin to think more of questioning. Instead of going into a classroom to learn, go into a classroom to think about food. Go to a classroom with a goal of only looking at everybody’s eyebrows. Go into the classroom and think about how many people started farting in their chairs. Focus on everything and anything that has nothing to do with learning because that’s what you’ve been doing the entire time in the classroom. You’re a program. What? That seems silly? Right now it probably does, but once you get used to things never being silly and start believing, the judgment of silly will go away. Now, apply that to all life.
